For more than 15 years, we’ve trained athletes one-on-one, helping each one achieve breakthroughs and reach goals they never thought possible. The results were consistent and powerful, but limited to one athlete per session, and one session per week for the athlete. We knew the training system worked. To bring that same proven approach to more kids without sacrificing quality, we created the Prime 9 Program. The Prime 9 Program distills everything we’ve developed, tested, and perfected over 15 years into a single, easy-to-use mobile app. Every drill, technique, progression, and coaching cue is now in our program, allowing athletes to train effectively, whether they are training in-house, at home, or at a tournament. Athletes will always have access to their trainers and their programs. What began as private lessons has evolved into something bigger. We've created a way to help more athletes unlock their potential while staying true to the details that drive real results.
