- Learn when and how to load properly - Assigned Drills to fix specific flaws - Launch quickness, bat speed, and smash factor training

- Custom routines for rotational power and staying healthy - Arm care, mobility, and warmup routines - Keep you explosive and athletic all season long

4. Year-Round Game Transfer & Mastery

- Machine work at full distance to simulate real game speed   - Outdoor on-field work in summer - Develop game approach and implement in training - Access to the exact system that has helped hundreds of high school, college, and pro athletes
